Cancellation & No-Show Policy At ThePrttyPlug, I understand that life happens and plans can change. I simply ask that you respect my time and the time of other clients by providing as much notice as possible. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 10% late-cancellation fee. No-Shows If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not contact me beforehand, a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled, depending on the service and availability. If the appointment must be cancelled due to a late arrival, the cancellation policy may apply. Emergencies I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Fees may be waived at my discretion for genuine emergencies. Please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up. Repeat No-Shows Clients who repeatedly cancel last-minute or do not show for appointments may be required to pay a deposit or prepay for future appointments before being booked.
